WHY, for me?
I have been PEing for about 2 months now, and I have see some impressive gains. I was actually completely satisfied with my penis size before I started. I’m actualy doing PE to try to convince an older family member to also start doing PE, because he has some serious body dimorphic issues (with his penis size). Hopefully if I hit my goal of 8x6, he will get on the bandwagon and enjoy some gains like we all do her at Thunder’s Place! I’m 5’10” and I weigh 189 lbs. I am of Armenian heritage too.
I started out October 1, 2011 at 6.5 NBPEL, with MSEG of 5.5 and BaseEG of 5.8. Now (12-7-2011) I am 7.0 NBPEL or 7.2 BPEL and 5.6 MSEG and 6.0 BEG. My EQ is also awesome, and thanks for the people who posted some Premature ejaculation posts.. I’m new to sex (I LOVE COLLEGE!) and I don’t have premature ejaculation, but whoever told me to BREATH DEEPLY AND STEADILY and do kegels has made my sex life so much better; I have so much more stamina than before, it’s ridiculous.
My routine has been as follows:
- 3-5 minute warm up in hot shower (with the water falling in the general vicinity of my penis)
- 5-7 minutes of wet jelqs @ ~60% erection (with 3 second strokes)
- 2-3 minute addition warm up in shower (also brings my erection level down)
- 5-7 additional minutes of wet jelqs @ ~60% erection (with 3 second strokes)
- 3-5 break while I dry off
- 10-12 minutes of stretching
- 30 second holds on 5 way stretches (down, up, left, right, out)
- 30 second holds on additional stretches (V, inverted V, BTC hold)
- 1-2 Uli’s at the end for head size increases
- Whenever I go to the bathroom, I stretch my penis out for about 20 seconds
- Kegel exercises until I get tired or bored, whenever I remember :p
SUPPLEMENTS(with vitaminshoppe.com links)
- 1 capsule daily DIM supplement to reduce natural estrogen priduction
- 2 capsules daily before I go to bed (which is usually when I do my PE) L-Arginine-Ornithine
- Generic Magnesium with vitamin B-6 (from whole foods)
- Generic Zinc chelate (from whole foods)
- I also take 100mg of Strattera daily, I don’t know if that matters, but what if it’s a secret penis enlargement compound that we don’t know about yet? ;)
And now for my question:
Will doing PE at my tender age of 19 (and continuing it until I reach my goal) help me cement my gains more. Basically, will my younger age help cement my gains as I get older?
