Hello and some questions.
I’m an Aussie dude, registered a couple months ago and did some PE back then, but quickly got red spots and freaked out hehe..
I now have more time and intimacy, I’ve read much more about PE over the last weeks, I’m feeling more informed and ready to really start.
I’ve been doing the newbie routine for 2 days, so far so good I guess. I’ve simply added a couple more minutes to both warm-up and warm-down time..
My starting stats:
My unit shrinks quite a lot when flaccid
Ultimately, I’d like to achieve 8NBPL and 6,5 EG, although that seems like a pretty ambitious goal…
I’ve read a lot on the forums but still have a few questions. I’d appreciate any answer!
1 – When stretching, it hurts a little bit at the glans, but I hardly feel anything anywhere else. Are you supposed to only feel tension somewhere else ?
2 – There’s no way I can do 200 jelqs in 10 minutes like the routine seems to indicate. It takes me about thirty minutes; Should I only do 10 minutes or do those 200 jelqs whatsoever ?
