Hello everyone,

I’m an Aussie dude, registered a couple months ago and did some PE back then, but quickly got red spots and freaked out hehe..

I now have more time and intimacy, I’ve read much more about PE over the last weeks, I’m feeling more informed and ready to really start.

I’ve been doing the newbie routine for 2 days, so far so good I guess. I’ve simply added a couple more minutes to both warm-up and warm-down time..

My starting stats:

7,3inc BPEL
6,4 NBPL
5,4 EG

My unit shrinks quite a lot when flaccid

Ultimately, I’d like to achieve 8NBPL and 6,5 EG, although that seems like a pretty ambitious goal…

I’ve read a lot on the forums but still have a few questions. I’d appreciate any answer!

1 – When stretching, it hurts a little bit at the glans, but I hardly feel anything anywhere else. Are you supposed to only feel tension somewhere else ?

2 – There’s no way I can do 200 jelqs in 10 minutes like the routine seems to indicate. It takes me about thirty minutes; Should I only do 10 minutes or do those 200 jelqs whatsoever ?

Squiddy, I hope my advice will be of some help.

When streching, try to grip your penis an inch or half below the glans, so the pressure is not only on the glans itself. Also, maybe try using toilet paper for grip.

And when you jelq, don’t be focused primarily on time or reps. Go by your feeling, and make your own regime. Do 2-3 second jelqs, and the number of reps should depend on the intensity of the workout.

Another alternative is using baby powder for grip.

Jelqing shouldn’t be rushed. It should be done nice and slowly. Even if it takes you 2 hours to do 200 jelqs, you should take your time and not rush it.

When stretching you should feel tension at the base mostly. I will not tell you where to have your grip as it is individual. But place it at a point where you feel tension at the base.

If you aim for 200 jelqs do it no matter how long it takes. But if you are just starting, 10 minutes should suffice.

If you’re just starting out, I’d go by overall time instead of counting individual jelqs. (In other words, stop after 10 minutes while you’re still a newbie.)

Once you’re a month or so in, you can count the jelqs if you want, but just looking at the clock has always been easier for me.

I quickly got away from counting Jelqs. For one thing, it is terribly monotonous. For another, it has a tendency to take my mind off what I am doing, so the quality of the Jelqs suffered. Pick a time and strive to spend the entire allotted time doing proper Jelqs to the best of your ability. The numbers are just there as a guide.

Thank you for the answers guys, although not all say the same thing, but I guess I get the point..

I have another question :

Since stretching cuts the blood supply to the glans, why would someone prefer doing 1x60seconds over 3x20 or even 6x10 ?
