I thought I’d start by introducing myself, and which might hopefully also encourage myself to keep going and report the progress from time to time. I have been a lurker here for a few weeks, unable to sign up due to the 45k subscription limit until recently. I trust you will excuse the rambling, I just wanted to set out the background so you can see where I’m coming from (pun intended!).
I am a 48 year-old caucasian, UK born and raised. I’m about 5’8” (1m72) in height and slim-built in proportion. I have always been conscious of my small (not tiny) dick, and have seriously contemplated expensive and risky enhancement surgery during several previous periods of my life. I have two grown-up sons (proof the damn thing does actually work!) and a reasonable if not spectacular sex-life. My marriage failed several years ago after a fair number of years, no doubt partly as a result of my small penis and the effects this had on my self-confidence and resulting relationships with women in general and my wife in particular. She was understanding, but not kind on the subject. Going back further, I can well remember too the ridicule I suffered as an adolescent. I used to detest going on the beach wearing trunks for the simple reason that everyone could then see how non-existent I was - particularly if the water was cold, it was almost as if my dick would literally vanish! And it didn’t help having two mates at the time who were both seriously well hung, in the 6” flaccid category :-/
Until a couple of weeks ago I was entirely new to PE, never read about it or tried any exercises despite having long had a general awareness that there were no doubt some exercises I could perform which may improve the situation. Since starting two weeks ago I have been very impressed by the gains made - I wish I’d taken proper measurements and photos right at the start now! In the last couple of weeks I have been stretching frequently every day, and jelqing 2 days on, 1 day off. I can see a definite gain in both length and girth, both flaccid and erect. It’s difficult to estimate the precise amount, but I would say my erect length has increased by about 1/3” (8mm) and girth about the same, maybe slightly more. The flaccid gain in length is more noticeable, having increased by about 1/2” (12mm); flaccid girth is more difficult to estimate in my case, as the shaft wasn’t really long enough to be measurable with any repeatability, but I’d say it was around 3.5” (8.9cm)
I have to say I am assuming that initial length gains could be very rapid - in my case, probably resulting from just stretching out a long-overlooked penis to a ‘normal’ (rather than ‘shrunken’) length. However, I was certainly surprised to observe the girth improvement. This means that the starting measurements I made yesterday aren’t really the starting point, but I’m going to use these to gauge my progress. My initial readings are as follows (all measurements are bone-pressed for repeatability):

EL 5.7” 14.5cm
EG 4.8” 12.3cm
So.. I shall exercise away, and we shall see! It does occur to me that the best gains - and the most permanent, which is obviously of high importance - are likely to result from a combination of activities. Given that the penis is a soft organ, personally I suspect that prolonged traction and intermittent stretching will give the best results overall, whilst jelqing and squeezing etc will both consolidate the traction gains and help to improve girth and overall penile health. My plan is to continue the exercise regime for another month or so, take some more measurements and photos, and then add a traction regime to the manual exercises. I’d be interested to hear what anyone else thinks of this approach.
