Hello All Just starting out 7x6.1

My name is Ali and I have been reading around here for awhile. My current measurements are 7 x 6.1 (starting point) and have been told by a lot of women my size is perfect. However, I don’t think so. I am a bit overweight and I guess, in my mind, it makes me look a lot smaller than I really am. I am coming on here to achieve 8+ x 6.5-6.75. Do you guys think this is possible? Thank you for your time and I can’t wait to start!

Welcome sirocc0 and congrats for your starting size! Your goal is certainly achievable with such of endowment.

While you work on PE, you may also work on your weight. The final results will be great!

Thanks! I am also looking forward to the enhanced EQ and all the benefits that go along with that — so hopefully I will see some gain from increased blood flow. Right now I am looking for a good starting routine. Is the newbie routine the gold standard around here — or is a alternative routine that has been posted seen more successfull results? I’ve been searching but there is -a lot- of information for a noob to digest :D

Welcome sirocc0. With your starting size, there is no reason to doubt that you can achieve your goals. If you show dedication and consistency, it will happen. You are already well on your way without the use of PE lol. But yes, start with the newbie routine and reap all of the benefits of it for a few months. Good luck
