First off I would like to thank the folks of this forum. I have lurked here for a while reading,learning and was disappointed I could not join. Thank you Thunder for allowing a few more in!

I have been stretching and jelqing for about two months now and have noticed a big improvement in EQ and as of late I feel like I am getting a little thicker. (I really should take measurements)

When I stretch I do tend to pull hard (for me) and not long after I turtle pretty bad. Does this happen to others ? Should I lighten the pull? I know it is different for everyone but was looking for some feed back.


Hey. Welcome to thunders :) . With regards to your stretching. Have you gained any length so far from what you have been doing? If so I don’t think you pulling to hard. Personally I don’t do much stretching yet but what I read when I first joined hear that if you turtle you could be over doing it. But I have also heard that you should wear ads (all day stretcher) afterwards to prevent the turtle effect (this makes your penis heal in a elongated state). Some people notice bigger gains when combining stretching with ads, but everyone is different. Check out some of the ads post if you are interested.

Recommend you do some detailed measuring of yourself and keep a log of what you are doing. The only way you will know if what you are doing is doing anything for you is to keep track of it.

I turtle after working out sometimes, especially with stretching exercises. Big Girtha’s motto is to never let it turtle, which may be something you’re interested in looking into. The whole concept is to never let the penis turtle in to lick it wounds because it will tend to heal in a shortened state rather than an elongated state. The best way to fight the turtle is with an ADS (all day stretcher).
