Hello, About to start
Hello, I’ve been poking around the forums the last couple of days and everywhere I see people saying read, read and read more. I’d like to and I will but I’m busy a lot so it takes time, so I just wanted to verify a couple things on a newbie routine so I could start that, then I’ll have at least 3 months to read as much as possible.

5 min hot wrap
5 min manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
10 min of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
5 min hot wrap
50 kegels of five second holds each
Schedule: 2 days ON / 1 day OFF
So on to my quick clarifications:
Hot wrap: Seems to be recommended for 50% to 85% erection level, but still helpful at any?
Manual Stretch: Appears a tight OK grip on the shaft just before the glans is recommended, also seems that as close to 0% erection as possible is recommended. My LOT appears to be around 6 or 7, so I’m thinking stretching should be aimed around the 10 to 11 mark? Also 30-second stretches followed by 5 sec break? 10 sec, 1 sec? I’m assuming 5 it’s probably somewhere around here just haven’t seen it yet.
Jelq: 60-70% erection firm(less than tight, basically good solid grip from my understanding) OK grip at the base moving out on the shaft until just before the glans then release and repeat, or if using two hands, release and begin with the second hand as close to simultaneous as possible. Corrections?
Kegels: I’m assuming this is essentially just flex the muscle used to determine LOT.
