Just wondering about heating and cooling? I know before your routine you should heat but after I’ve read you should use cold water or ice from some and others say you should heat again? Others say you should do nothing after a workout.

So whats the best method? I tried searching for this but got nothing somehow.

I also was wondering about this, I have seen a few posts around the forum that say it’s best to cool after. Not sure of the technical terms here or how it actual works perhaps someone else can shed light on this?? But it’s something like cooling is meant to keep your manhood in it’s stretched length for longer after your PE workout.

Heat, always heat, then cool down after heat down if you feel like doing so.

Always warmth for me. But after the newbie routine, experiment and tell us all which helped you. All have cases to make for them.

I just heat after and before, that’s why people call warm down, but for me works fine like 2 warm ups one for my newbie routine and the other to put my ADS because I put it right after finishing my routine, a cool down with cold water or even ice would be good so you don’t hurt your penis ligament
