I was sitting here in my office on an off day of PE thinking about how hard it is to not be doing PE. I got to thinking: Off days are necessary, but is there a way to make them more productive?

Well, I know when an athlete has an injury he adds heat to stimulate healing. Could this also be something that is beneficial in the of days where micro tears are healed?

Well the idea of off days is do nothing, to allow your penis to have a rest. \if you are doing something with it. It can’t have a rest.

Try doing something like reading an encyclopeadia.

I imagine heat would be beneficial, as can active rest such as stretching. It’s important to know when to truly take breaks and it pays to be conservative within reason.

PE = stimulus to grow.

Rest = time to grow.

The rest is the productive part, if you have done the PE first.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

I have also wondered whether the application of heat during rest periods would prove beneficial/detrimental. I agree that heat benefits other body parts on rest days, as applied by athletes, and it seems logical that heat would allow the muscle to grow while it is in a more relaxed state. It is also logical that the heat may break down the cells in the penis and prevent the micro tears from fully healing. We need a scientist.
