Heater

Has anyone tried a heater throughout the session? I was just wondering how you think it helped gains

I use a heating pad throughout my hanging sessions. At some point I plan to buy a ceramic heat emitter and use that for some deep direct heat. I believe that it will help gains simply because warm tissue is more pliable. I have no way to substantiate my beliefs but I am sure that I can’t be the only one who feels this way.

Ive always used a heater during my workouts. Not sure if it helped with gains, but it does keep me warm when i do PE in cold nights

I’ve tried using a series of rice socks kept warm by a heating pad. I don’t know if it helped with gains. I will soon be investing in an IR lamp though. I believe that will help with gains.

I start out in the hot tub until I can’t take the heat. I usually wet jelq for 20 min. to an hour straight so my dick stays pretty hot. Heat is good.

I got this ceramic heat emitter. It feels pretty good. My unit stays warm throughout the session. It doesn’t turtle so that’s a plus.
