heater,fowfer and hanging
Even I focus for length gain all my gains goes to girth hence I am adding something to my newbie routine.
heater : It is a kind of elastic,plastic bag which keeps hot water at same temperature during a 8-10 hours. I am calling it “magic bag”
I am performing at least 15 min warm up period with my “magic bag” I can say that it is “perfect”. After that I am performing fowfer during 5 min. How I am doing fowfer is : I am putting my magic box on a seat then I doing fowfer and sitting on my magic bag during 5 min.
Hanging : when I finished warm up period I am begining of hanging like this. I am using 2,5 kg or 3 kg weight (I mean I am putting 2,5/3 kilos of water in bottle) , belt (normal belt not karate belt) and my magic bag
I am hanging like V stretch during at least 15 min. I am trying to apply magic bag around my unit during hanging session.
Then I fowfer on my magic mag during 5 min for warm down.
Any advice please it can benefit me for some length gain
