Would using a rice sock around your dingy while stretching theoretically lead to greater gains? I am also experimenting with heated rice sock fowfers for an afterworkout warm down for about 2 hours to keep my cock in an elongated state during the healing process and to keep it warm. My last measurement was 6.7 bpel. I’ll post a progress report in a couple weeks to let you know how its working. Any thoughts would be helpful.

November 08: BPEL = 6.2

August 09: BPEL = 7.0

Heat is a great thing. I keep a rice sock on my dick while I’m stretching. I doubt it would hurt anything.

I do the same thing. I do heated fowfers before hanging, and between sets. Only reason I don’t do them all day is because I am in an extender when not doing the before mentioned two.

I also use a rice sock during stretches. I figure, if you’re going to do a heated warm-up you might as well toss a stretch in as well. Two birds with one stone.
