A question to you vets about the application of heat.

In the newbie routine it starts with a calls for it once again towards the end. It seems to me that keeping heat applied at the base of the penis throughout the stretching stage could aid in maximizing the “stretch”. I’ve been trying something a bit different. After the initial warm up of my penis I’m keeping the rice sock wrapped around the base while I do the stretches.

Is this useful or potentially harmful in any way? Or just pointless? I’ve even thought of adding a second rice sock between my sack & bunghole, way under there where the penis actually is anchored.

I don’t see how it could be a bad idea.

A second rice sock would, in my opinion, be pointless though, as the stretching targets the ligs and tunica, so I don’t see how heating up the part of the penis that’s in the body could be beneficial.

I do that too. Some people here use an IR lamp, so keeping the rice sock applied is equivalent I guess. Just don’t keep the heat on your balls for extended periods.

Heat is your friend with PE. Keeping a warm rice sock on your base while you stretch seems like a good way to increase the effectiveness of stretching. But I think that the second rice sock would be a waste of time.
