Can having a hot shower be a replacement method instead of using a 10mins heat wrap before exercises?

If you let the water directly on the region for a good 5 min, yes, I’d say its the same. That’s what I do now anyways.

What I usually do is use the hot shower for warm-down, but as penewbie said I first let “let the water directly on the region for a good 5 min”.
