I was looking in the main member section lately trying to get ideas for a advanced routine (Im at 3 months) and everything seems so intense for girht workout. Everyone is all about the clamping, it looks scary as shit! I just want some simple girth exercises that aren’t going to make my dick fall off. I have tried the Uli #3’s once. After I tried it my erection later that night didn’t seem nearly as full and strong as it usually does. I’m not sure if that’s because it was the first time trying it and my dick had to get aclimated or if I just over did it. I did 3 sets of 10, slowly.

So what I guess I am trying to get at is what was the most effective girht workout that you have tried, excluding clamping. Did you do your girth before or after stretching exercises, if you still do them at all. Also, I hear a lot of people saying jelqing will get you girthy, but I have yet to see that. What grip should I be using? I switch up grips every 50 jelqs.

Do stretches before girth exercises.

Take some supplements before beginning your girth exercises too, it helps your gains. The supplements I use are Ginko Biloba, L-Arginine, Yohimbe Bark, super horny goat weed, and omega-3 fish oil. You can buy all this at wallgreens.

Here’s my routine I do everyday. I posted this in another thread.

Take two pills of horny goat weed, L-Arginine, and Ginko everyday with this routine (note you don’t need to take these pills, you’ll still get some good gains without them, but you’ll get better results with them):

1. First start with some dry jelqing. Do 30 of each stretching your penis straight out (you can sit down and do this) and pulling it up (stand up when you do this). Each stroke should be 3 seconds long.

Note: these go well with manual and V-stretches if you’re still interested in gaining some more length. All ways do the stretches first before wet Jelqing.

2. Start with 15-20 minutes of wet jelqing (both the up and down ways, each should be 15-20 minutes long, which should add up to about 30-40 minutes) with 3 seconds with every stroke.

3. Next (as soon as you finish jelqing), do Jelq Squeeze with five seconds between each stroke. Do 160 of these, you’ll get great results trust me!

If you do this routine every day in the morning and night, you’ll gain alot, but if you don’t have that much time, you could do both either in the morning or at night. Try doing stretches first in the, then jelqing. But if you just want girth gains, just do dry and wet jelqing (no stretches). It’s better to do wet jelqing and Sqeezes while watching porn btw, if you get to hard, just pause until your erection lessens, then continue.
