This will be short, but sweet I hope.

You will encounter in reading threads and posts here literally thousands of possibilities when it comes to routines. The Newbie Routine has proven safe for us, at least for all but those with the most sensitive cocks. Graduating from that into other things, though, can be problematic.

Do I Hang, do I do only Manual, do I Pump, do I do Chemical PE, do I choose surgical possibilities? Etc.. A combination of these PE elements?

The most important thing you can do in starting off with PE is to learn to feel your own penis in a new way. You are unique. Nobody here has your particular body chemistry and tissue composition.

Stick to whatever routine your penis reacts well to and feels good to, and reject anything negative. PE should not ever hurt, diminish your erectile function, or cause disfigurement to your cock.

THINK.
Think positive.
Visualize where you want to be in a year, or two years, or even three all the while you do your routine, whatever it is. Keep your goals realistic. Using the power of the mind will give you an advantage and also keep you from becoming bored with what for most of us is a very, very repetitive process. :)

Make PE fun. If you don’t, you’ll drop out and never know what you might have accomplished.

Absolutely. I first learned of PE probably 6 maybe 7 years ago when I was 16 or 17. Just think of where my cock could be now if I’d seriously committed to PE then. Though I certainly had many reasons and priorities get in the way. Long story. :)

Just now I regret that I didn’t commit to jelqing every other day since I was 16! I could quite possibly have a 9 incher in length and a much thicker unit instead of the ~4.25” girth that it is now.

Great post and very timely with the new influx of members!

I think everyone who is committing to PE should take one hour a day to read old posts too. There is so much (so, so much!) valuable information on this board that you can become lost in following threads/links very easily. At the end of the hour though, I can guarantee that you would have learned something useful.
