Heads Up to Newbies
This will be short, but sweet I hope.
You will encounter in reading threads and posts here literally thousands of possibilities when it comes to routines. The Newbie Routine has proven safe for us, at least for all but those with the most sensitive cocks. Graduating from that into other things, though, can be problematic.
Do I Hang, do I do only Manual, do I Pump, do I do Chemical PE, do I choose surgical possibilities? Etc.. A combination of these PE elements?
The most important thing you can do in starting off with PE is to learn to feel your own penis in a new way. You are unique. Nobody here has your particular body chemistry and tissue composition.
Stick to whatever routine your penis reacts well to and feels good to, and reject anything negative. PE should not ever hurt, diminish your erectile function, or cause disfigurement to your cock.
Visualize where you want to be in a year, or two years, or even three all the while you do your routine, whatever it is. Keep your goals realistic. Using the power of the mind will give you an advantage and also keep you from becoming bored with what for most of us is a very, very repetitive process. :)
Make PE fun. If you don’t, you’ll drop out and never know what you might have accomplished.
