what I meant by the elastic hair band method is that I was planning to tie a long band around the head of my penis and put the other on my foot to stretch my penis out, which I heard brings good result for lengthening. But I was concern that it would damage the area around the head of my penis becasue it would put to much pressure their like a weight method I tried that left a ring mark. Which might cut off the circulation to my penis.
