Both of them you have to get warmed up sufficiently. And for both exercises you get semi-erect and clamp at the base with one of your hands.
Then you kegel in more blood and make sure you don’t have an erection or have very little.
For the Sadsak exercise after you have done the above you then place the other hand kind of like you are trying to pull the penis apart with both hands.
While still clamped at the bottom you then grip tightly with your index finger and thumb of the non-clamping hand. After about 15 seconds add your middle finger and grip with the other two. After 15 seconds add the ring finger grip and after another 15 add the pinky finger.
For the HJ jelq while still clamping the base you start slowly jelqing with your other hand. Use some lubrication if you want to do wet jelqs or not if you rather dry jelq.
I do two minutes of either exercise at a time and could do them about 2-4 times a day. But they are very hard to do. My clamping hand gets so tired it almost goes limp after a while.
