Head Exercises

After looking through lots of threads relating to head enlarging exercises, I’m still confused if they work at all.

The two that get mentioned the most are the Sadsak head and HJ jelq exercises. But neither of them have anything more than a few people saying that they are somewhat convinced that it works for them. Nobody with anything conclusive as far as results are concerned.

If someone has seen results from either of those two exercises or any other that I don’t know about please let us know.

I would be interested in seeing videos or an explanation since I don’t understand neither of them.

I understand both of them. They are very hard to do especially clamping the base with your hand is tough.

But I’ve just always wondered if they work. Since they are very hard to do and very risky at the same time it’s important for me to know if they have worked for somebody else.

Could you explain them to me in an easy to understand way.

OK I will try.

Both of them you have to get warmed up sufficiently. And for both exercises you get semi-erect and clamp at the base with one of your hands.
Then you kegel in more blood and make sure you don’t have an erection or have very little.

For the Sadsak exercise after you have done the above you then place the other hand kind of like you are trying to pull the penis apart with both hands.
While still clamped at the bottom you then grip tightly with your index finger and thumb of the non-clamping hand. After about 15 seconds add your middle finger and grip with the other two. After 15 seconds add the ring finger grip and after another 15 add the pinky finger.

For the HJ jelq while still clamping the base you start slowly jelqing with your other hand. Use some lubrication if you want to do wet jelqs or not if you rather dry jelq.

I do two minutes of either exercise at a time and could do them about 2-4 times a day. But they are very hard to do. My clamping hand gets so tired it almost goes limp after a while.

The second exercise looks exactly like the jelq squeeze, I have found that performing a clamp in the base with the hand and doing a very slow jelq expands the glans tremendously.

The second one if I understood it currectly should be like this:

Left hand on the base clamping, the other hand palm down grabbing in an inverted ok grip the corona of the glans and gradually adding more fingers to the shaft? the last finger should be the pinky, right?.

If this is the way the exercise is performed, no wonder why it should be a great way to expand the glans.

Yes I think you got it. But I’m not sure what an inverted ok grip is so let me make sure you have got it.

With the hand that you gradually add fingers to the shaft, you add them going towards the glans not away from it.

The thing with these exercises is that most people agree that you have to push to the limits of pain to have a chance to see any results.
As desperate as I am to get head gains I’m still terrified of the thought of injuring myself.

Remembered about jelq and holds for head size. I did a few today and my glans looked pumped afterwards.

Will stick with the jelq and holds as it doesn’t involve clamping.

Please share your experiences if y’all don’t mind.

In my opinion I have found that doing power kegel after good PE and jelqing routine, head expands and looks huge and really engorged. Doing 5 to 10 secs Kegels throughout the day as well as the normal Kegel routine will help in having a well defined head that looks like the helmet of a german soldier from WW2 and 1.

Almost forgot to add that to get more head exercise, one might also consider getting married.

I’ve gotten some head gains, which I attribute to sadsaks. I should get back into the habit.

If you want picture proof go through Shunga's picture thread. He was very consistent about doing sadsak’s. You will see that his glans definitely got longer.

Everytime I Visit Thunders, I Do 50 Kegels or More

With my 10 years PE, I can say my glans has at least doubled in volume.

Mostly thanks to jelq-squeeze (particularly squeezing the corpus spungiosum just before the head),

sadsaks / bends with cockring, wearing cockring often.

It is extremely important to allow for an extended rest period (6-7 days) between workouts.

The glans (head) is an ‘extension’ of the corpora spongiosum, so attention needs to be focussed on the CS to help glans gains.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.
