Hi Bros,
So after a week of intense stretching and what not, I have noticed that the edge of my glan has deformed a bit. I think theres something wrong with my grip that caused the top side of the glan to pulled out a little bit. Does anyone have a similar experience and hopefully a remedy to this?



Might be from the stretching, I don’t know. However, I would be surprised due to the fact that during my stint with the Bib Hanger, I often hung with blood in the glans. No change in shape or deformation and that’s quite a bit more intense than manual stretching.

Is it possible that it was present all along and you just now started noticing it? Yes, it sounds like a dumb thing to ask, but sometimes the new found “penile awareness” that comes with PE is kinda tricky. I actually never realized that I had a light torque to my dick until I stated PE and was therefore inspecting and analyzing it alot more.

If it is a new thing, perhaps it’s a blister or irritation. Is it puffy? Does it look as if it is primarily a skin feature and not something deeper and more substantial? Could be local swelling, a callous type effect…elaborate, maybe someone will identify with it and give some advice.

Are you stretching by gripping the head?

sounds very likely to me (given the case it really is something new to his penis).

Normally you don’t grab the head, but an inch or so below the head in order to distribute the pressure on the CC,CS.
And at least a little jelqing after manual stretching really helps getting your penis to feel much more healthier (and prolly heal faster, too) :)

I would agree with both seyz and ys. Sounds like the grip and intensity of stretching maybe an issue here. Maybe slack off a bit on the intense stretching and be more penile aware, as groa put it. Sometimes less IS more, when it comes to routines anyway. The last thing you want is to really injure yourself and have to take an extended break. ys will vouche for that.



How long had you done PE for before you began intense stretches?

I’ve just been PE’ing for 2 weeks. The streches are THAT intense, just about 10 minutes, sometimes longer if I had too many erections and have to waste time to let it go away.
The thing is if I grab half an inch under the glans, it just slips and turn into like 1/3 of a jelq!
I’ll try to use a glove or something hopefully that works. haha
