Having trouble when manual stretching upwards
I’m still not sure about this, but are you supposed to be fully flaccid when you do manual stretches? I find it hard getting a good grip on it if it’s flaccid. Having blood in the head makes it easier to stretch.
I’m also having trouble stretching upwards, it seems like I don’t put enough pressure on my ligaments when I pull upwards, or at least not like when I stretch in any other direction?
I tried searching for threads about this already, and I didn’t have luck finding any. Any tips you can offer to help me out? Thanks in advance.
