Haven't gained in like 4 months

Haven't gained in like 4 months

Been trying a lot of different stuff, guess I just need to keep trying diff programs until I find something my body grows off of.

The first 5 months on the newb routine were great, then I stopped gaining off that so went more advanced and actually lost some so started doing the newb routine again but more time and still didn’t gain then went back to a more advanced routine and havnt gained either.

I am going to try maybe an unconventional program. My newb routine was every other day, and my advanced was day on, 3 day off, repeat

I am going to do low volume but 5 days a week and see how that works. Just keep to stretching and jelqs and see how that works

If its been 4 months, I think you should take at least a 2 week break. You were probably overdoing it. Take 2 weeks off and measure. You probably will have gained, and if not then start up again with a light workout. Most people, when taking a break after a long period without gains, find that they grow during their break or imeediately after. hope this helps.

I would recommend trying ADS. Some people swear by it, while others are skeptical, but when my gains from jelqing hit a plateau, ADS made all the difference. Monkeybar makes a cheap and very effective system. I have offered this solution to several people because a high LOT can sometimes affect your jelqing gains. Once I implemented my ADS I gained 1/2 inch in two months with absolutely no jelqing. Hope this helps!

Don’t get discouraged, there are a lot of different workouts from which you can chose. Try adding more or cutting back, try some thing new - change and try to find a new routine that will help you gain more and more. I myself am at a “hold” for now. But I am more the positive I will gain, just need to tweak the routine a bit and go go go :D

Try not to over do yourself. Look at your PI. Look for good PI. Also try new routines and mix it up a bit. So far I have had a mix results in starting with PE, but I think I’m sure to find a great strategy to take this on. I just wish you good luck and safe jelqing!

When you did the newbie routine, did you have it maxed out when you stopped gaining?

What did you do as an advanced routine?

It is possible that one day on and three days off was not enough.

I take it that you have read the threads on PIs and
EQ to be able to gauge whether you were applying enough stress without going over the line?
