Haven't gained in like 4 months
Been trying a lot of different stuff, guess I just need to keep trying diff programs until I find something my body grows off of.
The first 5 months on the newb routine were great, then I stopped gaining off that so went more advanced and actually lost some so started doing the newb routine again but more time and still didn’t gain then went back to a more advanced routine and havnt gained either.
I am going to try maybe an unconventional program. My newb routine was every other day, and my advanced was day on, 3 day off, repeat
I am going to do low volume but 5 days a week and see how that works. Just keep to stretching and jelqs and see how that works
