Have someone here experienced gains with FOWFERS OR FLOWERS

I read somewhere that one guy did fowfers or flowers and had gains for about an inch in 4 months more or less, if you guys had known someone that had gains with it or yourself had or are having and going it know please comment bellow about routine and gains.

I couldn’t stay consistent enough with them to realize any gains, but they did give me better flaccid. Better flaccid are a result of increased blood flow, and studies have shown prolonged increased blood flow can increased penis size.
