Have many erections help with gains

I’m 20 years old, I have many erections per day, this helps or harms?

Sorry for my bad english I’m from Brazil, wish there were a section in Portuguese, I came up here by the blog ‘pintomalhado’

The consensus seems to be that more erections is good for gains.


Start: (Aug 2001): 6 1/2 bpel x 4 7/8 mseg

Current: (6/24/14): 7 3/4 bpel (7 nbp) x 5 5/8 mseg. BEG 6 1/4. BPFSL 8 1/8.

Goals: First: 7 1/2 bpel x 5 1/2 mseg ACHIEVED! Current Goal: 7 nbp x 5 3/4 mseg (almost there!)

I think there is a correlation between erection quality and frequency and size.

If there were no erections then I would expect shrinkage, as the human body efficiently recycles unused and damaged tissue.


Began December 2009 at 5 7/8" length and 5" girth.

As of December 5th 2012 7 3/8" BPEL and 6 1/8" base girth.

Going for the magic 8"x6"
