I already do regular exercise. HIIT and MMA are usual routines. If stress is the issue has anyone heard of Ethyl loflazepate (marketed under the brand names Meilax, Ronlax and Victan), I can use it for a couple weeks.

I feel you are very concerned about your body, but what about your mind?

You are hurting yourself too much, and as well causing you too much worries.

Kegeling hard and very often during intense ballooning/edging can put alot of pressure on your pelvic region. Try to not kegel for a while and see what happens.
