This happened to me years ago, I had not masturbated or had sex for a month and when I masturbated my penis became unusually large girth wise. Any idea why this happened and any way to recreate it?

It could be that because you hadn’t masturbated in a month that you were extremely horny and your boner was at its peak of hardness?
After all most people will agree that erection strength is a big factor to having a bigger penis.
Or you have just gotten bigger in that month, or both :)
