Has one day on, one day off worked for anyone?

For my 300th post. I figured I might as well start a thread. I have had some neutral to negative PI’s from doing my routine 2 days in a row.

It feels like every other day might be the best way for me to grow. (er, go) Has anyone out there done this kind of a training interval and had success? All comments are welcome. (of course)

I haven’t particularly done the one on, one off. But I just recently posted a thread on my gains on have a workout routine that worked for me. I took a lot of days off, and actually noticed better results.

My routine is two days on, one day off like yours, but I found a little twist. After I was Pe-ing for a couple weeks, two days on, one day off, I took almost a week off, and noticed something amazing! The extra 5 days, rather than one day break, allowed my penis to heal a little better, and in return gave me the biggest hard on, I’ve ever seen in my life. Just something to think about, since your thinking of switching. Instead of switching, got for 2 weeks, and take 3-4 days off, then star two days on, and one day off again. And repeat. You might just need that extra long break towards the end. Instead of one day on, one day off.


Current stat = NBPEL - 6.235", BPEL - 7.000".. Mid EG - 5.063".. Base EG - 5.750" BPSFL - 7.3125 ------ Old stats = NBPEL - 6.000", Mid EG - 5.000

Goal stat = NBPEL - 7.750", BPEL - 8.250".. Mid EG - 6.000".. Base EG - 6.500" ------ Goal Length gains - 1.515". Girth gain - 1.000"

I’m new to this but wanted to ask the same question. I think my unit gets easily tired and it feels like 1 day on 1 day off might be a good option for me. I’d certainly welcome the vets’ opinions on this.

The problem is, my penis aches after day one, but I have great wood, and nighttime erections. (on day one of two) By the end of day 2, I start having negative PI’s. I’ll read your thread. Thanks

I think I’m going to go with one day on, one day off for a few weeks, and see how the unit reacts.

Good nutrition should make you heal faster, I stoped taking l-arginine/ornithine this month and I feel like I need more break days.

I remember reading a post from Mr.Orange who I believe went 1 day on and 1 day off, and had incredible girth gains. I think he got an inch in just over a month.

Try this, I was bored and made this workout for you. Input all that you do. And at the end, calculate and show us.

I allways find I have a bigger hanging unit on my day off so it may work one on one off
