Has anyone tried to use nutrition and general training principles on pe

Has anyone tried to use nutrition and general training principles on pe? For example a pre, during workout, and post workout pe nutrition? What about active recovery methods for pe?

I always thought about this.

7-20-16: BP: 7.63 NBP 6.75 x 5.75

3-22-17: BP: 8.44 NBP 7.56 x 5.75

There are many posts here that include discussion of it. Collagenous tissue does not respond like muscle. It is sensible to assume that a good diet will be better than a poor diet, and that nutritional deficiencies may be negative, but it is highly unlikely that any form of supplememntation will create a noticeable or measurable difference in growth rate.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

Now I wonder what amino acids might be the building materials for those tissues. Considering that’s what PE theorizes to cause micro tears and controlled damage in, perhaps an influx of certain amino acids would aid in either the speed of healing those tears, or perhaps heal those tears more effectively and completely, giving a boost in the rate of gains. Just as protein aids in building muscle.

Oh great. Now you’ve got me thinking, when I have work to do!
:-k

Best supplement before, after and during PE = H20. Not kidding either, being very well hydrated can have a serious (positive) effect on post work-out ability to cement gains.

If you find a nice little supplement cocktail that helps aid recovery significantly… let us now. I would love to push myself to the limits, even more.

2005 - BPEL 6.0"x MSEG 4.5" (BEG 4.75"/HEG 4.625")

2010 - BPEL 8.0"x MSEG 5.75" (BEG 6.5"/HEG 5.875")

Goal - BPEL 9.0"x MSEG 6.5" (BEG 6.5"/HEG 6.75")

Immediate research seems to point generally towards proline and hydroxyproline.

Quote
Collagen (kŏl′əjən), any of a group of proteins found in skin, ligaments, tendons, bone and cartilage, and other connective tissue. Cells called fibroblasts form the various fibers in connective tissue in the body. The fibroblasts produce three types of fibers to form the ground substance: collagen, elatin, and the reticulum. Collagen consists of groups of white inelastic fibers with great tensile strength. These fibers include fine fibrils, which are composed of even finer filaments, visible only through the electron microscope. Collagen protein contains an unusually high percentage of the amino acids proline and hydroxyproline. X-ray diffraction studies provide evidence that the protein forms a wavy band, a coiled chain with periodic, i.e., repeating, arrangement of its amino acids…

(Just something I find funny: )
