I tried searching this but it keeps telling me the search or site might be down so I figured I would ask in a new thread. This exercise is somewhat advanced and not for the lighthearted. If done wrong I’m sure you could do a lot of damage with this exercise. Some penis types may not be able to do this without pain and/or injury.

I was wondering if anyone else has tried clamping and stretching (either a leg strap stretch or hanging) at the same time? It seems like I am getting much better results doing this. I clamp at about 60% EG, wrap and get ready to hang or stretch, and then I kegel. Once I have expanded girth about 1/4-1/2” past normal EG I wait until The shaft gets flexible, but while its still engorged, and then I hang 2-3lbs or do a stretch with an ADS like leg strap with a thick industrial rubberband for 20-30 minutes. I will continue to kegel as the pressure in the shaft eases up but keep the shaft in the limber state. When I’m done I put on a small sock and wrap from the base to the glans. I cut the tip of the sock off so I can pee with it on. I notice a big gain in both flaccid and erect length and girth. I am still trying to work out a consistent routine and get enough time under my belt to take a break long enough to see what gains are permanent.

Has anyone else tried this? If so, could you point me into the direction of the thread(s) please. I have searched a few times but couldn’t find this routine but now the search function isn’t working for me.

What you describe is pretty much the picture of dangerous. There aren’t any threads on clamping and ADS use or clamping and hanging. Those practices combined are insanely dangerous.

This is not a place you’ll find more information or discussion on that.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

I tried combining vac hanging and clamping for a while and it seemed quite promising, I was only clamping for 10mins though, clamping for 30mins is asking for trouble.
What kind of hanger are you using ?

Also if you search for TNTs old “reached my goals” thread you’ll see he clamped with doing stretches for one of his 15min sets.
I don’t recall seeing anyone else trying it.

Just out of curiosity- why would you do that? The forum is full of stuff that is reported to work, and everyone has a good idea about the risk/reward ratio. Why try something you don’t even know if it is working, with a very high risk attached?

@ Capernicus1: Thanks for your response and info. I am using a leg strap from an el cheapo ebay system with an industrial rubberband thats an inch wide and about 1/16th inch thich. Then I either wrap with a thin sticky silicone pad from a mobile phone holder So I don’t have to wrap so tight that it cuts the circulation off to my glands. Then I wrap with an ace bandage and wrap a thin strip of heavy duty velcro around that. I then attach a clip with an eyehole to the velcro and the rubberband threads through the eye hole and tied at the desired resistance.

@MisterW: I started by clamping and at the end of the time I would wrap to keep the length when flaccid to help keep the stretch. Then I started clamping, followed by a hang session. I then would alternate clamp followed by either a hang session or ADS, depending on time and how my penis felt. That lead into having the clamp on as I was setting up my ADS. Before I took the clamp off I noticed a good stretch but my shaft was flexible. There wasn’t as much pressure as I expected. I figured if I could use the blood inside to help expand the stretch and provide blood enrichment to the stretch there might be benefits. There was only a small amount of discomfort and no pain since I had clamped long enough for the shaft to have flexibility. So that is how I started this exercise.

As far as why I try other things, I believe that if you always follow others you won’t find better ways of doing things. I don’t really follow the risk/reward fear part of things. I go with what feels like will work as long as it does’t hurt me. I take it slow and if it seems like it might hurt then I don’t do it. I do take others advice into account and try what has worked for others, but I don’t limit myself to other people’s opinions. Everybody is different and I think you have to search for what works for you. Thats what I do. Its like racing. There are guidelines and lines that are a good basic start but because of your car’s set up you have to hunt around to find the fastest line for you. Some cars and drivers can run deeper into a corner and others are faster letting off sooner and being smoother while keeping up the momentum through the corner. I have always been one who listens to others for their advice but hunts for the best line and technique to perfect my own personal situation. Their advice might be perfect for their set up, car and driving style but I optimize my set up and technique to my car, set up and situation.

I’m not very supportive of this suggestion but let me try to critically think.

Say, if I were doing a session once a week and was trying it with light weight like a 12 ounce Xsleeve…I’d try clamping and suspension of some kind of weight. 10 minute sessions. 3 of them, 20 minute breaks after a warmup stretching session under IR heat for the entire set.

Something simple like that. I mean I don’t like it but I’d put my toes in the water before doing a cannonball. I got hurt hanging alone. Definitely wouldn’t jump the gun regarding it and get overzealous.

I agree and thank you for your response and insight, thoughtfulgold. I hydrate, warm up and do some light jelqs beforehand. The most I have hung is ~3.4lbs total including strap and everything. Also the clamp is just loose enough to allow blood to squeeze back out at very high pressure when I add stretch to the clamping. I’m not saying its safe to do, especially for those who lack common sense, or that it is a good exercise. I only wanted to know if anyone else had tried it or read about others who have tried it, and share that my experience and the short term gains show that there might be good permanent gains to be had. I’m not promoting it as something anyone else should adopt.

Mods are obliged to point out the safety aspects of PE and we try to encourage all members to do the same, it’s just the right thing to do.

Having said that we wouldn’t have the wide range of methods we do unless guys tried new things, someone has to be first.

I hope you take a cautious approach and that the routine you create is one the community can understand and safely duplicate. Personally, while it is intriguing (especially with limited privacy), I would still be worried about serious damage in the back of my mind. Your room for error is more unforgiving using this combined method. That, for many beginning PE practicioners, is problematic.

I’m not here to talk down about possibly a good technique that in the short term could produce a quick gain pattern. Heaven knows the community has been searching for it. But…many a good dick has been broken on the quest so I express natural concern.

Best of luck and if you continue I hope you document your method and results well. It’s a groundbreaking idea that deserves exploration but I’d be wary of just how hard I’d go with it.

Why not use manual stretches instead of hanging weight or ADS? Two things happen if you use manuals. First, you train the erection to point more upward, rather than downward as you would hanging. Second, you have total control over tension and compression. It would allow you to explore the idea in a safer and more controlled manner, much in the way some guys clamp and jelq.

I saw a guy once in the gym explode a pectoral bench-pressing too much. He was a big guy, been there a while, a true rat with bruises on his ass where the needle sunk deep. Happens ~snap~! Just like that. Never see it coming. One instant you’re shoving 380 off your chest, the next you’re pinned, screaming, and everyone is rushing over to haul off all that damned weight.

So go slow. A little fear will keep you safe, so always — ALWAYS — stay frightened of injury. I tell my son all the time: The number one rule of any sport is Don’t get hurt.

Because if you’re hurt, you can’t play. Be safe and stay in the game. Go with manuals until you figure out if the routine is safe and effective.
