Has anyone tried Haakons method?

Sounds like cryostreching a little.
If you correlate stretching with normal body stretching and the ligaments are the same, ice increases flexibility.

A study was done with hamstrings flexibility and ice before stretching increased stretch by 4 degrees.

Not sure if it increases penis stretch or lasting gains though. Also not sure about alternating cold to hot. Couldn’t find anything about that except for pain and injury

Found studies with cold vs heat for knee stretching but a knee is a joint and different from muscle, but it does have a lot of ligaments, acl, lcl, mcl. Heat was better than cold but they concluded that stretching is the most important part.

I haven’t tried using this method but I might see what cold and or cold to heat does to BPFSL.
