Not quite a newbie here but haven’t posted enough to put this on the forum.
I ordered last Monday and haven’t gotten any shipping info and can’t get a hold of anyone in the “office” if it’s not just one guy checking his email. Was wondering if this was typical as the site seemed very helpful (although it looked like it was from 1996).
Let me know if anyone has a similar experience.

My PumpToys VelSeal cylinder with the silicone cushion on the base is still my most comfortable cylinder. It’s been quite awhile since I ordered but don’t recall any excessive wait.
