I did the first couple times after exercises but I try to resist that now for at least an hour after I finish my PE exercises. Here’s why. After you cum there’s a period in which your penis and the spongy material in it retracts, you’ll notice you penis is harder then normal in it’s flaccid state, I do anything to avoid my penis from contracting in any way after workouts for a period of time as I believe that you will have better gains if you keep your penis expanded and warm longer after workouts.
