Has Anyone Made Any True Gains?

The reason a surgery guy will say that PE doesn’t work but that hanging works a little? They want you to hang after the surgery.

I gained just over 1”x1/2” if I am remembering correctly. All of that came from hanging. While I am a hanging proponent I very much think that hands on PE is worth giving a go first. We have learned a lot about what works since I jelqed. A majority of current PEers get a majority of their gains from hands on PE.


Running a Massive Co-Front.

Ihave increased my length from 7.1 to 8.3 . I’ve added around .5 girth with fairly inconsistent efforts over the past few years. I’ve gone from above average to the cusp of being large. My flaccid is big as well and my bulge even prompts the odd glance from the ladies. So i would say it works but you need consistency , focus and time . Wish i could get more girth as i will end up being 9 inches long at this rate!

But when you think about hanging and what time you need to out in for results… 10 hours a week plus. Just to keep it real since we are all adults here. What the hell could manual
Stretches do if you need to hang weights for 10 plus hours???? Your arms and shoulders would look like “the Rocks” or a pro body

Ok dude. I have gained nearly 3 cm in less than a month. My pics are in the Hispanic Forum, entitled “Mi rutina y mis fotos.” This is my routine: I run 10 km, so the blood flow better. Immediately, I warm my penis with very hot water in the shower. The next step is stretching. 30 seconds down, 30 seconds up, 30 seconds to the right, and 30 seconds left, and stretch the penis ahead for 15 minutes without break, with all the strength, your penis will allow. The next step is the Jelqing method, which, I practice for 60 minutes, sometimes more, but never less. And the last step is a hot shower, with the water jet concentrating on your penis. Dude, very hot water on the penis helps a lot. Do this routine for a week, Monday till Saturday, and Sunday you will observe your penis gains with a ruler. If you are happy with it, keep doing it, if not, quit. I wish you all the luck in the world.

I have not really had any noticeable gains yet but I’m not giving up all hope yet What I have found is more of a toughening and the turtle effect which actually makes my dick smaller and lowers EQ. I have seriously cut back on account of that

Recently, I have been primarily focusing on trying to increase my EQ before seriously getting back into PE exercises and making some gains


My current dimensions: flaccid: 8" x 6.5" erect: 9.5" x 7.125" glans: soft length:1.825" soft diameter 1.65" firm length:2.286" firm diameter:1.90"

Goal: flaccid: 9" x 7" (.1" length .5" girth) erect: 10" x 8" ( .5" length 1" girth) glans: soft length: 2.25" soft diameter: 2" firm length: 2.5" firm diameter: 2.25"

Ultimate goal: flaccid: 10" x 8" erect: 11.5" x 9.75" glans: soft length: 2.5" soft diameter: 2.25" firm length: 4" firm diameter: 3" In other words: A big, fat elephant cock!

I’m fairly new at this whole thing and currently only jelq in the bath, about 150 and wear an extender for an hour to an hour an a half per day. This morning my glans kept slipping out so I haven’t worn it today. I also do some stretches for about a minute each time I pee. I drink quite a bit of water so I go approx. every 2 hours or so. I haven’t really seen any increase as yet but it’s very early days for mr penis below.

good question. Also would love to hear what someone has to say to that

I went from 6.3x6.0 to 6.85x6.0 in 28 days with some basic stretching, kegels with pauses and jelqs.

I think I made most of my length gains from stretches.

The most intense length oriented routine consisted of about 225mins of fulcrum stretches per week. I’ve gained from it.

Hanging produces constant force and can be measured by mass- pounds or kilos, whatever.

Stretching produces greater force, but for less time and is less constant. Usually it is unknown, how much force you apply at the moment during stretching manual. But you can react quickly if something has gone wrong (bad grip, numbness, etc.).

Which is better? I don’t know. Answer by yourself.

P.S. I’m not a bodybuilder and easily can do 20min of stretches in 4-5 pulls, every for about 4-5mins.

Hanging is rather one dimensional. Fulcrums do change that a little bit.

Manual stretches are a different impact. Do a 60 minute manual routine and do some manuals in different variations. Then you will understand.

There are so many factors to gaining that everyone will have different results.

I gained and Im still gaining. Start slow and increase intensity. Stay consistent(whenever I did that I gained). Get experience. Find out when and how you need rest.

PE Is a lot of trial and error.

I gained over an inch in length and some girth while most the times only testing stuff for days or weeks.
And I tell you: I never turtle. Why? Cause I never let it turtle.
Dont let it turtle and stay consistent and you will probably gain if you put some other impact on your dick(jelq, hang, stretch..).
Target more time and less force maybe.
