Has Anyone Made Any True Gains?

Can you help me understand how the newbie rountine will lengthen your unit? The lenght of your penis is fixed to the ligs. If it take hanging weights on your unit for 10-24 hours per week for a long time before you can get results, how does manual stretches and jelqing going to do it? Just curious.

When I hang I mainly do BTC. I don’t believe I would have gained as much in SD. Which position where you in? Also I tend to swing the weights quite frequently. Have you tried doing that?

From what I have read there are people that don’t gain until they reach weight that is in the teens or higher. If you ever give it another go just try to keep building past 10 pounds. For me that was the magic number and for you it might be greater.

It was BTC. I was getting numbness in the gland. Yes my wrapping was solid too. I would put the hanger about 3/4 away form the gland too. I’ve stopped everything as of now. Did you gain with the newbie rountine?

Nope I never gained with the Newbie routine. However, I don’t remember how many times I started it and how long I did the routine. I would always get discouraged due to the lack of results. Maybe if I had stuck it out a little longer, maybe I would have gained. Prior to hanging I thought I was a hard gainer because manual routines had so little effect on me.

The only routine that I ever did that just felt like I was actually accomplishing anything was Memento’s routine. However, I had a scare on that routine with the Horse 440s. If I hadn’t gotten the scare I believe that routine would have done something for me.

Are you sure you haven’t gained? Even if it’s a .25 inch gain, that’s something. I’ve always had some variability with measuring, but I think a half inch is hard to miss.

I’ve done Jelqing, hanging and stretching since last June. As far as concrete gains, the ruler has shown a difference. I did my best to make my original measurements seem as long as possible, so I know there’s no way I could be hitting the length I am now without a change. It’s not huge, but it’s made a difference. After 6 months I finally told my wife and she didn’t seem to have much to say one way or another till we were in the shower a couple days ago. She looked down at it and goes, “damn it really is bigger”. Having sex as much as we do, I wouldn’t expect her to notice a difference since the change is so slow. Even at the slow pace I’m going, I don’t mind spending another couple of years to get where I ultimately want to be. She and our girlfriend :) both say I’m perfect now and shouldn’t change anything, but that’s not good enough for me.

OK, 2 weeks of clamping shouldn’t have caused much of a problem.

Jaam, I added hanging in December to my routine. I say routine very lightly because I just do what I can when I can. Usually jelqs and stretches during a long shower and hang when I have some alone time. When I do have the time, I try to do 3x10-15 minute hangs. I’m at 10lbs right now which is pretty comfortable depending on the angle I hang from, which I try to switch up. Adding hanging seemed to kick start my growth.

See, there are many thread to take some motivation to experiment with PE and find the best routine.

Maybe these could help:

-I’ve changed routine so quick that I haven’t any clue what given and what hasn’t given my gains.
-I thought I am a “less is more” type, but after about 10 months I was doing about 220mins of fulcrum stretching and about 30mins of jelqing per week, which gave me quite good gains. It was really exhausting, but worth to know.
-I thought I was doing something wrong, because there wasn’t any newbie gains and any gains was about 1-2mm per 2 months. Now I know that speeding the process of PE is not good. Monitor your workout and PI’s.

Keep on trying and you will gain. EQ 10/10 is also very good thing, even without gains.
