Has anyone here taken Viagra before sleep

Has anyone here taken Viagra before sleep

I mean this for HEALTHY, NO ERECTILE DYSFUNCTION (except psyhogenic) people, have you taken Viagra prior to sleeping? Or at least close in time to when you fell asleep (ie. Couple hours after ingesting pill)? If you did, how many miligrams did you take? Is this a bad idea causing prolonged erections in sleep? Discuss.

I actually took 25mg’s before sleep and woke up with an erection and feared I caused a priapism which probably wasn’t true, but the fear was there, I felt no pain. And I’ve actually found a study on healthy individuals taking viagra to record it’s effects, anyway please discuss.

I’ve taken Viagra prior to sleep, but without having sex (which is, I assume, what you mean).

My girl chipped her tooth and suddenly was not in the mood. Go figure.

Morning wood was a bit woodier, but that’s about it, other than a little headache and stuffiness. No priapism to report.

FYI: it’s not typical that people develop priapism from taking Viagra. It can happen, but it doesn’t usually. They have to warn you to cover their ass, in case you have a reaction.

You’re fine. If you’d developed priapism, my guess is you’d know…and would be dealing with it at an ER instead of posting here.

:leftie:

Before: I'd like to show you something I'm very proud of, but you'll have to move real close.

After: I\'d like to show you something I\'m very proud of, but you guys in the front row will have to stand back.

You just asked this question about a week ago. Why are you bringing it up again after talking to your doctor about it and being satisfied with the answer?

I asked if viagra before sleep would cause priapism first time, now I’m asking if others have taken viagra prior to sleep, related, yet different. I’d like to know.

But thanks for the input mr. Happy.. Any one else do it/has done it?

I have, plenty of times, although I prefer not to, because it can make it harder to sleep.

Think about it; Cialis works for 36 hours (at least), so everyone who takes it is sleeping during part of the time it is effective.

I think that nocturnal erections can be more frequent, harder and last longer if you have a drug like this in your system, but that is probably a good thing in 99.9% of cases. In fact one study showed that nightly Viagra for 6 months caused a reduction or elimination of ED in the majority of men in the study (I have posted that study so many times I’m sick of it, and I’m not looking for it again right now!)

If you were to have a problem with priapism, you would probably wake up in pain and know something was wrong.

I would imagine that priapism during sleep is possible, but no more likely than priapism during the day when taking these drugs (in other words, uncommon).

Horny Bastard

It makes me drowsy and fall asleep rather fast. It caused no problems with me.
