Has anyone gained without warmups

I was just wondering if anyone out there has had significant gains without any warmups before exercises.

I understand that warming up is helpful and prevents injuries and whatnot.

I am just asking out of curosity.

Yes. I must say I have had signicant gains with almost no warming up. I warmed up for about one week and that was it. But you can see where I started at and I am now at 6.75” BPEL.

I used to warm up but now I want to get straight into it. Combine the start of PE with a shower and go from there.

Im no expert at PE nor have I worked out long enough to talk about “gains”.

In my opinion though, initially a newbie must focus a lot on the warmups as I believe that they prime up the unit for whats to come. I still follow a very elaborate warm up process… maybe tis just because it feels good but using a hot wrap or soaking in a hot tub definately contributes to Penis health and maybe even gains !

I think the more intense exercises requied a warm up period to work effectively and reduce the risk of injury. I don’t warm up before manual stretches and jelqs. I do warm up before using my SuckXtender , clamping, and Horses.

I think warming down with a heating pad for 5 mins or so is good. Sometimes I warm up others I don’t.

Yes, I’ve gain 1” with no real warm up.

I guess you can go without it but with warmup there is less chanse for in injuries.

Youz guys is gonna get hurt!
