Has anyone gained from just jelqing/stretching?

There are myriad exercises out there and new ones seem to be concocted all the time. Correct me if I’m wrong, but by far the cornerstone of a successful PE journey is the wet jelq. So, have any of the vets here just stuck with primarily a wet jelq routine with some stretching? If so, for how long and what were your results? Thanks!

This has been asked before. And yes, many people have gained with just manual exercises. Me included, however I did dry jelqs instead of wet.


Past: 5-5.5" BPEL x 4.5" GIRTH

Present: 7.55" BPEL x 5.55" GIRTH (1 year progress)

Future: 8-9" BPEL x 6" GIRTH

Very interesting. You did ONLY dry jelqs? Or wet jelqs too? You seem to have had great length gains, which I thought were attributed to wet jelqing. Also, how many days a week do you PE? Thanks :)

Yes. I’ve gained slightly over an inch with nothing more than stretching and a little jelqing. Some of my stretching sessions have been very long, three hours or more. I just grab right behind the head and pull in whatever direction. I hold it for as long as my grip lasts, then I switch hands. I only jelq in the shower using conditioner for lube. Before discovering the conditioner, I did sort of a dry jelq, but the conditioner works great. Someone else on the forum suggested using it, and I’m thankful I read that thread.

I seem to have plateaued, though, so I’m going to start hanging soon.

I have only done dry jelqs. I can say confidently, that the main reason of my gains were from the high erection, high intensity jelqs. I did and still do 600 of them a day. I might take 1 day off a week, but if my penis seems fine, I just keep doing my routine without a break. If my penis gets tired, I rest for 2-3 days or depending on what I feel is right.

Great feedback guys. I’ll take the advice of risking under-training rather than over-training at first, doing stretches and jelqs (3 days a week to start, while staying aware of my PI’s). I’m still confused whether or not to focus on dry or wet jelqs. I guess I’ll try to incorporate them both with every workout. But if so, what ratio of wet to dry jelq should I go by? Thank you.

Most definitely gains from heating,stretching and wet jelquing. Incorporating Horse 440’s with my own twist. So far, for myself, I see the average gain from said excersizing is 1/8th inch a month with dedicated work. Ranging from 5 on 2 off to 3 on 1 off.

Thanks guys. It seems inevitable based on people’s feedback that A) jelqing is the foundation, B) I’ll eventually be upping my workout frequency from three days a week. Some have three days/week is fine, and I’m going to stick to it at first while monitoring my PIs, but it seems most of you work out with considerably more frequency than that.

Question: Does it matter what I’m using as lubricant? Right now I use a water-based Jergen’s skin lotion and it seems to be OK.

I would also suggest learning about proper warm ups before workouts and after workouts. Some of the members use hot washcloth wraps, some use rice socks heated in the microwave, so find something that works for you. You also might want to keep a log of your workouts and starting measurements. Good luck to you!

Wet jelq v dry

Hi SAM1966, I have also tried jelqing in the shower, and I think you get a great pump from it, but what is the reason behind the conditioner? I normally just use soap, I have tried dry jelqing but I just can,t seem to get into it, but I can always try again, because when you have some sort of lubricant on it is harder to try other stuff like Ulis, because my hand always slips, I hope I have the Ulis part correct because this is only my second post, it,s the exercise when you grab at the base tight with one hand then slide the other up to the glans, I think it,s a uli.
