Has anyone gained 2 inches or more just stretching and jelqing
Or does everyone pretty much have to hang to get to that level?
I’m just starting out but I’m wondering what kind of realistic goals I should set for different routines I might do.
I am aware that 2 inches is a very large gain and it would take years etc, just wondering if there’s any variations on getting to there, cause that’s what my ultimate goal is.
