Has anyone gained 2 inches or more just stretching and jelqing

Has anyone gained 2 inches or more just stretching and jelqing

Or does everyone pretty much have to hang to get to that level?

I’m just starting out but I’m wondering what kind of realistic goals I should set for different routines I might do.

I am aware that 2 inches is a very large gain and it would take years etc, just wondering if there’s any variations on getting to there, cause that’s what my ultimate goal is.

Member since 04 and just getting started? Why the delay? I have seen a few people who have gained 2 inches with just manual work.

Haha, well yeah I’ve been casually browsing this forum for years. But I was in college with very little free time (or privacy) to devote to a regular schedule, and I figured if I half-assed it I would just be wasting my time. So I’m just getting around to setting up a proper routine and schedule now.

There’s been quite a few. memento and bennett8 come to mind, but there have been others as well.

I do not know where I will end up, but after less than 3-months, I have gained slightly less than 1.25 in BPEL from just manual exercises. While I do not anticipate being able to continue at that rate, I am optimistic that 2+ is certainly possible, especially since I do not intend on doing anything more extreme. Good luck

That’s a massive gain for a short period of time. Maybe you would like to share some more details regarding your routine.

Really amazing growth, please post your picture proof and you routine. You have found the golden routine to miracle PE!

not gained 2 inches yet but in the 3 and a half months I’ve been doing PE I’ve gained a full inch in length.

Let’s see where I am by Dec 11th 2009,after my full 1st year in PE but 2 inches doesn’t seem impossible to me and I’m doing nothing more than the jelqs,stretches & warm up (in reverse order)

Starting stats:- Dec11th2008 7.2"bpelx6" meg.Mar23rd09 8.375"bpel x 6.125"meg. Mar10 8.4" bpelx6.125" meg.

Goal: 8"nbpel x 7" A one eyed monster by any standard :)
