Has anyone felt this.Urgent

Hello everyone!

I’ve been doing PE for a year and 1 month, and yesterday I felt a little pain in the glans zone and in the base, but I don’t have any visible injuries. Also, the pain feels internal and it only appears when I’m in the process of having an erection and when I do like rude movements (which I don’t). Has anyone felt this too? What should I do? I’ve already applied an ice compress in the zone, and sometimes the pain goes away.. But anyway, remember, it’s not like a huge pain, it’s a minimum pain. Thanks!!

Dan

It sounds to me like overtraining. Do you jelq your head?

Regardless, I don’t think it’s anything to worry about. :)

RE-RE-Started (21.03.2024): 5.5" BPEL, 4.5" MSEG

Current: 5.5" BPEL, 4.7" MSEG

Current Goal: 6.6" BPEL, 5.3" MSEG -- Long Term Goal: 7.1" BPEL, 5.5" MSEG

No, I don’t jelq my head, and maybe you’re right. So, should I stop for a few days or can I continue in a lower level? Thank you

Questions like this come up all the time. Bottom line is, it’s your tool. You need to learn over time how it responds. And when you’re not certain, take a break. Why would you continue at any level if you’re worried about a new pain? Is the hope of some unnoticeable gains greater than the risk of loosing your unit? Take breath, take a break, come back when all is normal again. Pretty simple.

I believe the principle in PE is “got pain, no gain”. When in doubt cut it out. Better safe than sorry.

That’s the cool thing about breaks, if you think you need one you probably do.

Start: April 2012 BPEL 5¼" x EG 4¾"----> July 2012 BPEL 5¾" x EG 4⅞"

First goal: 6"x5"

Long Term Goal: 8"x5¾"

Thank you everyone! I’ll take a break then, and see how it goes.

Know it

I had that before - about 2 times, due to over training / and or possibly pressuring a nerve, and especially not warming up properly.

Remedy that worked for me:

1) Pause 3-4 days at least, apply gentle warmth now and then.
If at hand: apply Comfrey (Symphytum officinale) cream.

2) ALWAYS use a rice sock for a 3-5 minutes warm up, never train w/o warming up.

3) if pumping, never do with excessive pressure, and never do it without warming up at least 20 minutes by jelqing etc.

If pain doesn’t go away after a week, possibly see doctor to make sure you didn’t injure an important nerve.
