I started PE about 6 weeks ago doing jelqs to gain some girth and maybe length. I started with 7” length and 6” of girth at mid and base all natural. After first 3 weeks my penis became very tired and it was very hard to get erection. The head became bigger I could feel it with my hand also I could feel veins on my shaft so I decided to take a break and check results. I didn’t measure the head but I could feel it was bigger. I measured my midshaft and base and I was shocked! My girth was 5.5.

After one week of break my penis restored to its original girth. I change a bit my training to limit gains in the head and focus on the midshaft and base. After two weeks of training I have the same problem, my girth came from 6 to 5.80 and there is a lot of veins. Before PE my erected penis was smooth and soft, now it’s full of veins and hard like rock.

Is it possible that doing PE I burn fat from the skin? I read somewhere that surgeons inject fat under penis skin to increase girth.

Mine was smooth too before PE. And now I have a big vein on the right side of my penis and goes from the base till the head, but I don`t think that it looks ugly, or bad, in fact I like this a lot.

If your measurements are bad, you should change the exercises, and maybe slow down.. Do the newbie routine and listen to your dick.

I think there is some fat in penis, but rather small amount. Even if there is, have massaging any part of body can burn fat in such a high rate? I don’t think so.

It could be drop in EQ or simple measuring fluctuation. As I read correctly, You have harder and veiner erections from jelqing. This is good, very good. What You can do now is ease a little in grip and/or try U-grip instead of OK grip.

Other thing is: measure it 1-2 days after last workout. The edema and other fluid buildups should fade away so You measure the factual girth. Try it a couple of Times and take an average EG.

And the last and maybe the primary question- why going for girth only when You can do Newbie Routine and gain both? You have many, many posts and threads to read to understand more in PE. All in all, wish I helped.

Penis does not store fat, even in people starving penis size remains the same, as far as I know.

If the penis stored fat I think we would have seen some rather, uhm, unhealthy PE exercises around here by now.

If the head is bigger and the base is smaller maybe you’re suffering from the baseball bat effect. Basically, it happens from applying uneven pressure as you jelq (more pressure on the head and less on the base). In the end your dick starts to resemble a baseball bat. From what I’ve read and experienced it happens when you jelq with too flaccid of a penis. When I started PE in September and restarted PE at the beginning of this month I definitely experienced a bit of the baseball bat effect.

I would say you had stored liquid, which you drained with the exercises… also, it looks like it gets healthier with it. A harder erection is good news I think :)

From what I read , you’re overdoing your exercises .
Perhaps jelqing with too much force .

The veins will increase as you grow .
But the hardness , to me , go easier and avoid the hard flaccid you got going .
Way over worked !!
Heat him a lot for a few days .
Penis’s heal quick when left alone for a while .
Easy, effortless , joyful .

My penis has recently shrunk too dude.. I don’t know why either — and I wasn’t even doing any P.E. I’ve started doing P.E. Now in hopes to get some EQ back.. I’m looking for girth right now, but I don’t know if my penis is too sensitive or if I just masturbate too much and I need to quit..

I was recently with a girl that gripped my dick too hard.. And she was really tight.. Last I measured, my girth was definitely above 4.5 inches.. Now it is 4 inches erect.. Idk what is up with that. Maybe she made it smaller by gripping it so hard? I don’t know, I certainly hope it isn’t permanent..

Try not touching your dick for like 2 weeks was the advice that was given to me. Then, re-measure, and re-assess. I measure my dick with a string of floss, to make sure everything is tight, and I’m not deceiving myself about my size.

So far, not touching my dick is the hardest part of it all.. As sad as that sounds. It’s hard to see something that is the essence of your manhood not working properly.

Its probably just your EQ dropping.

What about your length? Is it the same?

We all think our dicks are invincible .
But they can be injured easily by something like a tight grip .
If your starting PE , go slow while you get him conditioned for exercise .
It’s probably not permanent , just heat him as much as you can for a few days .
Listen to what he’s telling you about how you’re treating him .
He’ll let you know with out a doubt if you do something he doesn’t like .

I’ve been getting more veinage as I do PE as well. So far all the veins look good so I’m not complaining, but I’d hate to have an ugly dick at the end of the whole PE journey so am on the lookout for a negative change in aesthetic.
