Alright so after my session of PE today I will have completed my first week of PE. I have no idea as to whether PE has caused this but last night myself and the better half had sex and it was by far the best sex I’ve ever had in my whole life period. My cock was extremely and completely rock solid for the whole hour we were at it. Never in my life has my dick looked and felt so hard and for so long. I’m simply doing the “Newbie Routine” posted by the wonderful ThunderSS. I did however incorporate a few helicopter stretches into it and I do about 100% more kegels than it said to start off with (but only because I have and do kegel hard when masturbating naturally so I’m more condition for it.

Congratulations. I also find that doing PE exercises improve my EQ. Unfortunately I jerk it all away, but it keeps coming back.

Say, how hard are you pulling when you stretch? I just started a few days ago, and I pull about as far as it will go, it’s stretched tight, no pain though.

Yeah exactly, this is what I’ve said to my girlfriend that even if I get nowhere visually it’s still improving my life in more ways than less.
She wasn’t very happy about me starting PE at the start saying “I didn’t need to be bigger I was perfect with the size I am” which is up for argument and also that she couldn’t imagine what it would feel like if I was bigger. But after last night I said stiffly “now can you imagine what it would feel like if it was bigger” and she just lay there with a smile on her face. So all in all I’m delighted and I can’t appreciate enough the help Thunder and the forums and all you fellow members have given me simply by being here as a community and a family. So to all of you, for that, I am so thankful.

Well I’m actually only giving a mild pull until I can feel it at the base of the penis. I’m a bit worried if I pull to hard I could damage something and also for me to pull harder means a tighter grip on my penis which leads to a soreness of the head. So yeah basically I just pull it out so I feel the stretch and the base and no harder.
