Harder Erection

I don’t know what is it, but my erection are much harder than before.Can somebody tell me what’s making it like that.This is my routine:

5 minutes of stretching
10 minutes of or 200 jelqing
10 horse squeezes (15sec hold)
Clamping with hands for 5 minutes

Marinera, It still wasn’t like that after I started PE.I forgot 30 kegels a day, I think it might be that.

I think it’s the girth work, it tends to raise EQ.

No it’s not, I love it.I was just wondering because I can keep doing it to keep my EQ high.Should I start doing 50 a day then.

If what you are doing is working, keep doing it.

In PE, more is not necessarily better. Sometimes more is worse. If you decide to do more (and 50 is certainly not an unreasonably high number of kegels), increase the number a little at a time.

And congratulations on experiencing one of the lesser known benefits of PE: better erectile quality!
