Hardcore PE
For the past few month I have been thinking about the top bodybuilder to ever set foot on this earth like the unbelievable Ronnie Coleman, Arnold Schwarzenegger etc., they all have one thing in common and that is that they all workout really hard, a few days ago I watched Pumping Iron by Arnold Schwarzenegger and he was saying he works out till he almost faints and the harder you workout the better, that’s what separates the men from the boys.
That statement got me thing if you want a monster penis then you really have to work hard for it and you also have to have a monster workout, so I made one and here it is. Please if you are a newbie please do not thy this. I have been doing this workout for 3 week and my penis looks and feels so much bigger and I have also been doing PE for over a year.
There are also other things that I do like I use an ADS and also put on a wrist band (the sports on) on after my girth workout, this keep in the blood so that my penis is pumped up all day you can also use a this hair band for chicks it works the some. I split my workout in tow one day girth next day length, so I workout tow days in a row and one day of this system help my penis heal faster
Workout
Day 1 (girth)
Warm-up 5min
300 dry jelq
3-5 sets of clamping 10min (when I am clamping I do one of 2 thing o-bends, edging)
Warm down 5min
Day 2 (length)
Warm-up 5min
100 jelq
Stretching 5min 5 sets (what I do here is tie a fat string or rope around my penis using a knot, and then tie the other end of the rope to my leg just below the knee. Make sure when you are tying it you bring your leg up close to your body so that when you stretch out your leg the rope or string gets really tight. I do this so that I don’t have to use my hand when stretching this means I can stretch for a longer period of time)
I really don’t have time to hang but I do hang when I have time 3 set of 20min, if I hang then I won’t do stretches
100 jelq
Warm down 5min
I workout 2 time a day in the morning and when am going to sleep E.G Monday morning girth workout Monday night girth workout again, Tuesday morning length workout Tuesday night length workout again.
I really don’t advice anyone to try this it’s still under the testing progress but that’s my workout and it is doing wonders for me ill let you know my progress in the week’s to come.
