For the past few month I have been thinking about the top bodybuilder to ever set foot on this earth like the unbelievable Ronnie Coleman, Arnold Schwarzenegger etc., they all have one thing in common and that is that they all workout really hard, a few days ago I watched Pumping Iron by Arnold Schwarzenegger and he was saying he works out till he almost faints and the harder you workout the better, that’s what separates the men from the boys.

That statement got me thing if you want a monster penis then you really have to work hard for it and you also have to have a monster workout, so I made one and here it is. Please if you are a newbie please do not thy this. I have been doing this workout for 3 week and my penis looks and feels so much bigger and I have also been doing PE for over a year.

There are also other things that I do like I use an ADS and also put on a wrist band (the sports on) on after my girth workout, this keep in the blood so that my penis is pumped up all day you can also use a this hair band for chicks it works the some. I split my workout in tow one day girth next day length, so I workout tow days in a row and one day of this system help my penis heal faster

Workout

Day 1 (girth)

Warm-up 5min

300 dry jelq

3-5 sets of clamping 10min (when I am clamping I do one of 2 thing o-bends, edging)

Warm down 5min

Day 2 (length)

Warm-up 5min

100 jelq

Stretching 5min 5 sets (what I do here is tie a fat string or rope around my penis using a knot, and then tie the other end of the rope to my leg just below the knee. Make sure when you are tying it you bring your leg up close to your body so that when you stretch out your leg the rope or string gets really tight. I do this so that I don’t have to use my hand when stretching this means I can stretch for a longer period of time)

I really don’t have time to hang but I do hang when I have time 3 set of 20min, if I hang then I won’t do stretches

100 jelq

Warm down 5min

I workout 2 time a day in the morning and when am going to sleep E.G Monday morning girth workout Monday night girth workout again, Tuesday morning length workout Tuesday night length workout again.

I really don’t advice anyone to try this it’s still under the testing progress but that’s my workout and it is doing wonders for me ill let you know my progress in the week’s to come.

DO NOT ever associate PE with body building.

Seriously, if you have been PEing for less than.. a year, don’t get too intense.

A few days ago you saw “Pumping Iron”, which made you come up with this routine that you have been following three weeks? I don’t get that to add up?

You forget that the guys in pumping iron were doing steroids.

Artificially high levels of testosterone allowed them to push their bodies to excess and recover much more quickly that a “natural” athlete. A natural athlete would not do well with those workouts.

Best to stick with the newbie routine for about three months if you haven’t done so already. To easy to hurt yourself if you haven’t been through the newbie routine first.

It’s a very big mistake to belive that PE is like bodybuilding… Penis isn’t a muscle!!!! If you want to know how is make a penis, go to library.

I am a newbie here, however I have been PEing on and off for about 8 months now. When I first started I was really motivated about the first results. So like every newbie I told myself: “Wow! This is awesome. It actually works on me!” Then I thought, what if I start PEing twice as much per week and do twice as many sets every time? I did this for exactly one month. Guess what? Gained totally the same as the month before with twice as much effort + ended up having a sore dick sometimes during sex. Not a good deal..

Keep it chilled and slow, man.

As the guys say, don’t associate PE with bodybuilding beyond the core principles of dedication.

On the BB front, I’d be shocked if ANY bodybuilder did full body workouts to ultimate failure without rest on consecutive days. Arnie etc may have worked-out everyday, but they would have worked different muscle groups, allowing others to rest. Remember, muscles only grow in recovery, so rest and nutrition is key in any athletic approach.

Most work smarter, not longer. I believe the same is generally true of PE.

Remember, PE involves one organ (not several major muscle groups), it requires some rest. The penis isn’t a muscle.

What I do think with PE is dedication is the key, this isn’t all about working 4 hrs per day and naturally risking injury, but rather being consistent over a long period (12+ months) in a steady and controlled fashion.

Also your worktout isn’t that intense anyways.

Also one more thing that PEers should take from body builders is the idea that body builders know how to listen to their body.

I have had several times where i feel too sore to PE so i take another day off. It is very constructive in the long run.

one month in (as of 02/12/09): 8.15" BPEL, 7.4" NBPEL, 5.6"EG, (5"-6.5" varying) FL, 4.75" FG, Height: 6'1", Weight: 190 lbs.

Currently (as of 04/3/09): 8.50" BPEL, 7.6" NBPEL, 5.7"EG, (5.5"-7" varying) FL, 4.75" FG, Height: 6'1", Weight: 175 lbs. (final semester of Computer Science > Gym :( )

Goals (in the next 6 months): 8.60" BPEL, 7.8" NBPEL, 6" EG, 7" FL, 5" FG, (still hopefully 6'1"), Weight: 200 lbs.

PE is not like weight lifting.

If you approach PE like weight lifting, you will have to go here in the next few months because you broke your dick.

Injuries / Treatments

There are so many differences, PE is nothing like weight lifting. It’s more like native tribe skin stretching, you are deforming a part of the body with repeated strain. There are some things that carry over though, like dedication, patience, consistancy and faith that it’s working (for motivation and concentration/focus).

I think you can do some quite intense things with the penis and it’s surprisingly strong (recently on the forum people posted pics of asian men supporting another mans body weight with only their penis). But it needs time to adjust to the pressures and strains over a gradual time. It’s when people jump in the deep end that they get injured. Also, more intensity then is needed is bad, because it causes overconditioning which costs further gains. You want as much gains as possible, for as little stress/strain as possible. This means more gains over a longer period of time. There is a sweet spot that everyone needs to find for themselves.
