Hard Gainer Questions
So I think I’ve been through a lot:
I’ve been PE’ing for about 1.5 years. Overall I’ve gained about 0.50” in length and 0.6” in girth (albeit I’ve really only been working on girth) with newbie gains making almost all the length and girth. Exercises have included jelqing, clamping, Sadisky Slinkys, Horse440’s and clamped versions of the latter three exercises. I’m pissed because not shit is happening since the newbie gains. After clamping my dick to 6.5” post-session EG from a 5.0” pre-session EG and seeing nil for gains, I’m like what the fuck…
Any hints/tips/advice for hard gainers and/or what worked for you? My only thought is that I’m over training, but EQ is good and stuff so I don’t know.
