Hard Gainer Questions

So I think I’ve been through a lot:

I’ve been PE’ing for about 1.5 years. Overall I’ve gained about 0.50” in length and 0.6” in girth (albeit I’ve really only been working on girth) with newbie gains making almost all the length and girth. Exercises have included jelqing, clamping, Sadisky Slinkys, Horse440’s and clamped versions of the latter three exercises. I’m pissed because not shit is happening since the newbie gains. After clamping my dick to 6.5” post-session EG from a 5.0” pre-session EG and seeing nil for gains, I’m like what the fuck…

Any hints/tips/advice for hard gainers and/or what worked for you? My only thought is that I’m over training, but EQ is good and stuff so I don’t know.

I am interested in this as well. I am kind of in the same boat, only mine is a little smaller. I gained .5 in length and .25 in girth, mostly newbie gains. Not much since.

Most common reason for stalled gains in my experience is that when guys have done PE for a while, they get lazy with the warm-ups they used to do every time.


Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

You should not get to caught up in the so-called girth exercises vs. length exercises, they all promote size along all dimensions and all have merits for overall growth, it is difficult to target a single dimension. I do not like your mix of exercises since they seem to overlap in style and technique, it appears to be a multiplication of jelq-style techniques. If you employ more stretching/hanging techniques, I believe you will see new gains.

What is your daily routine? Are you PE’ing everyday?

Hopefully I’ll see .6 in girth in 1.5 years. That seems like a good increase in girth.

Did you say your girth goes from 5 inches to 6.5 during clamping? That seems like a massive temporary gain and maybe not healthy for your penis because it may be edema. I made rapid gains in the first few months too which have slowed. I agree that warming up and consistency are probably the keys to further gains.

Wow dude you are getting 1.5” of temporary girth expansion from clamping?!?!?!

Man you are in a good situation indeed. All you have to do is make that massive elastic expansion plastic. You should buy an infrared lamp and used it during your clamping to keep your unit as hot as possible. At the end of the clamping session(make sure your unit is as hot as is comfortable), when you are sat there with 6.5”(!!!!!!) of girth, go over to your shower and put your expanded shaft under cold water for about 40 seconds(only your unit no other body parts). This will hopefully “solidify” the collagen that you have softened with the heat, in it’s newly expanded state.

EDIT: I agree with e211, you don’t want fluid build up between your tunica and your skin. Get the maximum expansion you can from your tunica(so the shaft should still be pretty hard) and then stop your session.

I have never “warmed-up” in three years of enlargement therapy. Its wholly unnecessary in my experience, I guess it might feel good but my penis never got bigger by a warm fuzzy feeling.

If you have never warmed up, you have no idea what a difference it makes, or how much greater your gains could have been.

My sig line used to be: “If you are not gaining, are you using heat? Heat is the secret ingredient!”. I had lots of PMs from guys saying thanks, they added the heat back in and started to grow again. A very few guys with weak collagen bonds may be able to grow without heat, but hard gainers will not.

I’ll make a note of that - about 0.5 - 0.75” of the post-session 6.5” EG was from fluid buildup I would say.
