How do you warm-up and keep sustained heat man-of-10?

So how about this:

1) warm-up
2) clamp
3) jelq
4) repeat

or

1) warm-up
2) clamp

You could do that. Out of your two options the second one is best.

I myself do my workouts in the shower, and have the shower as hot as I can tolerate, running over my unit the whole time. I then turn the shower to cold and put my unit under while at maximum expansion(in a manual clamp).

The best option would to buy an infrared lamp. That way the heat will penetrate deep into the tissues, making them far more expandable.

It is very surprising that some people start doing PE and does not know anything about warming up.
Everywhere you look under a Newbie routine, warming up is the first thing that comes up.

I just do it at the end. I guess you could do it at the end of every set, but then you would have to get the temperature of your unit right back up for your next set.

How long do you spend doing PE a day in the shower? And it’s just one session right. I know you’ve been gaining good, I guess this whole heat and cool down is worth a try for a few months. Infact have you written your routine and everything you do and do not do? Like not have orgasms after PE or at all and yes just everything, I’m sure it’s annoying to be asked the same stuff all the time.

Hanging is very effective at targeting length gains and also base girth. It is a more systematic approach than manual stretching.
It can help you break through the plateau. But it is a learning process that can be a bit hard at times to master.

I haven’t actually got my routine “on paper”. The shower sessions would generally last up to an hour, and consist of jelqing and manual clamping(or other variations). Funnily enough I’m incredibly inconsistent with my routine. I will go strong fro a week or two, and then do nothing for a week or two. Then perhaps go strong for a month, and then nothing for 3 weeks. Perhaps by doing this, I kept my unit in a “Newbie” state, keeping the tissues pliable(sometimes tissues toughen up when you work at it too hard).

I actually recently PM’d another member my basic “rules” for my routine. Here it is:

There are a few things I always keep to:

Do all my sessions under a hot shower continuously(as hot as I can handle).
Finish each session in the most expanded state possible(usually a manual clamp, as long as it’s safe and is “tunica girth”(i.e. not girth caused by swelling under the shaft skin), and then cooling my unit by turning the shower to cold(having heated the tissues up as much as possible while in a manual clamp, just prior to this).

I remember I got good girth gains with O-bends(perhaps 0.2”), yet I got length gains from them as well so I’m hesitant to do them again(I don’t any more length at 7.6” BP).

If I remember correctly I got my first 0.2” girth gains(4.9”-5.1”) by doing only jelqing and erect squeezes(I would get to 100% erection, clamp off at the base with one hand, and then squeeze the shaft with index finger and thumb at different points along the shafts center line. I have a feeling that this has given a very wide flat shape, but I’m merely speculating(width is 1.9”).

As I said I don’t want any extra length. So when I jelq or clamp, I keep the shaft shortened by trying to push the glans into the base(if that make sense) which creates a much shorter, fatter shape.

Since length work will splay “girth fibers” in the tunica, I used to do a little stretching before my girth routines.However again, now that I don’t want any more length I avoid this.

Another thing I do, is clamping, but with perhaps only an 80% erection(yet very engorged). I will compressed the shaft to make it short and fat, and then put in a gentle bend upwards and to the sides(holding it for 20-30 seconds each time). I can get up to 5.8” during girth sessions, in a manual clamp, although I never hold them more than 3 minutes. This tells me that there is potential there for more girth, and I just need to turn that elastic expansion into plastic(I think low force long duration under heat does this, so one day I will experiment).

I also do resisted kegels(for example, at full erection, pressing the shaft to my lower abs and then kegeling as hard as I possibly can for 15 seconds). I’ve only done these the last couple of months. Ever since, my EQ has been at 110%, sometimes so much so it hurts!!! So there is definitely something to it.

The warm-up is a nice thought and can certainly relax\enrich tissue (which is good), but to say it is actually stimulating growth is a reach. I have never used heat or the “warm-up” except an occasional hot cloth after hanging to promote comfort for additional sets. And I have gained just a little under 2 inches, it is rather amusing to see all the various methodologies for PE and this evolution of devices and techniques. What is lost is the commonsense approach, I believe heat to be a useful ingredient to expedite healing and restoration of blood stores but to sit there with an infrared light pretending your a plant is a bit outside my sensibilities. So, what is the multiplier for adding heat, I have lost an inch, half-inch in my journey, to date, it does not make much sense.
