Anyone who have been suffered this to PE?
The problem is that when I’m worried about my injury, it shrinks very much and also get hard, I have rested for 10 days but it don’t seems to be better. I’m seriously going for a doctor soon, this don’t seems to be good and I’m really scared this will be permanent.
My penis feels so bad, it don’t have any power at all, the penis is hard at the base.

So my question is have anyone suffered this and can it get over just with time?

There are quite a few posts about that on this site. It is always caused by doing far too much, far too soon, and not listening to the feedback you get from your penis.

Good PE is about doing ‘just enough’. It is much worse to do too much than too little. Find the posts on Physiologic Indicators, and use them to guage how much you should be doing.

Try continuing to rest it, but give it a warm wrap twice a day, and a gentle (and I do mean gentle) massage.

While not doing PE, learn how to really use the search function well; there is so much good info on this site, but it is not always easy to find unless you are good at searching.

If you have not read everything linked at the top of the Newbie Forum, go and read it all now. Following the Newbie recommendations will help avoid injuries.

Anxiety and thinking about only makes it worse. Same thing happened to me a couple years ago, but it went away in less than a week. Don’t let it worry you and if it doesn’t get better in awhile, then consider the doctor.

It was 9 days ago I got the injury, when do you think I should go to a doctor?
Which exercise where you doing when you got this feeling?, and how did you manage to recover it in just one week :) ?

Well, anxiety shrinks dicks like nothing else, so try to relax. Many many years ago, I got so terrified by somthing, I had the same reaction - my dick shrank so small it got hard. As soon as I relaxed, it got better. So even though there may be a physical basis for your problem, it won’t help your flaccid size if you are panic stricken.

Also, you have not really explained exactly what you did - and just how hard you did it.

Well i jelqed to hard, im sure i didn’t do it at 100% erection.

I tried to follow the video, the main reason i think is that i had a too hard grip.

2-3 second jelqings and i stopped when i reached the glans.

How many minutes/strokes. Were you gripping so hard each stroke hurt? What % erection level would you estimate?

Maybe i did like 100~ strokes and i stopped directly when my penis started to feel weak, and i guess i were at 80%, i can’t say it hurted in my penis when i did it.

But something felt very wrong.

80% is the highest erection level you can ever jelq at reasonably safely, but as the erection level increases, the force of jelqs has to decrease. So at 80% you should be jelqing quite lightly.

Almost all newbies jelq too hard; jelqing is about creating a wave of blood pressure in front of your hand that causes the penis to gently expand. Because the action is repeated many times, the tissues learn to adapt to the expansion.

Jelqing is not like doing an Uli or clamping; they produce totally different feelings and work the tissues a very different way. Ulis and clamping are not suitable for newbies (or for vets if they have had a break from PE). It should never feel as if your penis is under very high pressure when jelqing.

Maroshk, give your penis more recovery time, and give it the warm (not hot) wraps and very gentle massage. The penis is very resilient, and unless you were extremely rough on it, it should steadily recover.

The pain has gone away, little more sensitivy I think, and my erections are a little better.

But the flaccid problem is the most scary, I know that it’s getting worse because of my anxiety, but I have read many forums on internet and many who have suffered this have not got healen.

Well im going to a doctor on monday, hope I will be permitted to a urolog.

And i hope he will not say “it will be good” just relax.

If it has started to improve, it should continue to. The ‘hard flaccid’ happens to a lot of people when they have done too much too soon, but it almost always goes away after a while.

It doesn’t sound as if you did anything too extreme to cause it, and you did not continue to do PE for days after causing the injury, so it is unlikely you have casued any permanent damage. Give it time and keep us informed.
