When I stretch, my dick gets hard. I have to pause some between the stretches to let it subside. Any tips for avoiding this? Also, my penis is flaccid afterwards but it’s kind of hard inside… normal?

Keep on stretching at moderate intensity. It takes time to condition your unit to stretching. Both during the exercice itself, and over the course of all the exercices your doing per month

Normally your boner should fade away after at least 15 mins stretching.

Do you stretch in the morning? You can also try your routine at night instead, worked for some people that get hard easy in the morning.

Maybe I am just desensitized, but man, I can’t get hard for anything related to PE. I feel like it is a mental block. I have no problem when having sex, but PE requires me to watch porn to keep myself stimulated.

I have the same problem as levler when I’m stretching, but the same problem as dfarrell when jelqing! Always get hard stretching but then can’t keep the required erection level when jelqing!! Any tips?

I’ve had the same problem with both stretching and jelqing when I started PE, and to some lesser extent it’s still here now. We’re just horny little fuckers, simple as. The way to handle it, the only way I’ve discovered any way, is to just patiently wait for the erection to subside and continue when appropriate. :)

Do inverted v stretches before your regular stretches. Works great for me.

I tried at night, and it worked very well :D Didn’t get hard once.

Anyway, I did 10 reps/straight out. I know I “should” work all parts, but don’t I work all parts in one if I stretch out? Also, it feels better mentally with 10 reps that work all areas than 3 reps on each side… feels so few, I mean.

What some people do is listen to the radio when they Jelq or streatch, so as to have “white noise” in the background to slightly keep you distracted, and as to keep in contact with the real world. Don’t watch the TV though as that is the same place where porn comes from which is obviously a source of arousal. So basically your brain sort of thinks:

Music - Not arousing, but not totally bad either. It’s basically a balance between the two.
TV - Visual stimulation, mmmmm.. Nice (arousing) :)

I have the same problem with getting hard. Standing seems to help for me.
