Ok, after months of not gaining shit and about to give up, I’m happy to say gains have returned!! I am now 7.75 BP. The only thing that has really worked for me is manual stretches. Nothing else has worked but this. I’ve done pumping, jelqing, and ADS mixing all that up with intensity, reps, time off etc. and nothing. The gains have come this past week as I’ve limited my masturbation/ejaculating to about once every other day from about 2-4 times daily which I’m starting to believe was hurting my gains. I also began exercising and eating better. I do a mix up of 30 min. tunica stretches, DLD blasters and lig stretches, 5 days on, 2 days off. Hopefully I can hit 8 BP and maybe retire. I’m also trying to lose weight, I weigh 190 lbs. and 5’8 in height. I wanna get that fat pad down maybe .5 inches. My curve is also continuating to fading away from the stretching. If I can hit the 8 BP soon I will update my pic post.

My advice to anyone not seeing any gains is to cut down sex, masturbating/ejaculating, moderate exercise, clean up your diet and focus more on stretching. Good luck!!

I fear that when it come to measure (I’m doing 1 per month) I will be like you and only experience gains from stretching.

Reason being I can feel the pain/stress and logic behind stretching, but jelqing is sort of like glorified masturbation to me. I don’t know. I’m hoping.

Can you explain exactly what you do for your stretching routine. I’d like to give it a try as I’m kind of stuck right now. How long do you hold each stretch? Which ones? Intensity?


Pre-PE: BPEL 6.25" NBPEL 5.8" EG 5.75 " Now: BPEL 7" NBPEL 6.5" EG 5.95"

Final goal: BPEL 7.5" NBPEL 7" EG 6"

I can’t answer for miami-cock, because I don’t know what he does.

But I will say that generally a stretch should be held for 20-30 seconds and one should concentrate on breathing easy while doing it. Just like any other stretch.

I’m glad you are gaining again. 7.75”, that’s big. Well done man! I haven’t been gaining much my self the last weeks, hope to see some gains the next time I measure (16th of March).

And as commented, would be nice to hear more about your stretching-routine!

01/10/2009: 6.70" BPEL --> One year of PE has given me 0.6" more of cock. Short term goal: 7 inches.

I was doing the V-stretches at half and top of the shaft but they were making my ribs bigger which I wasn’t to happy about so I stopped those. If anyone wants ribs, I think that is a good exercise for them.

Each stretch is 1 minute long.

1. Downward stretch
2. Upward stretch
3. Left stretch
4. Right stretch
5. Hellicopter clockwise
6. Hellicopter counter-clockwise
7. V-stretch LH pulls up/RH pulls down at base
8. V-stretch LH pulls down/RH pulls up at base
9. V-stretch LH pulls left/RH pulls right at base
10. V-stretch RH pulls right/LH pulls left at base
11. DLD Blasters
