I have jelqued for one week now and I must say, I notice a difference! My flaccid state hangs lower and thicker and I awake with morning wood regularly, which is something that wasn’t so common for me, ever. But lately, I am noticing a very slight discomfort on the left side of my shaft, at the base. I am concerned about injury, this is something I absolutely want to avoid. I am doing the newbie routine, even with a reduction of jelqs to 100, not 200, to ease into the routine. I have not masturbated or PEd today, and I can feel the slight discomfort. I should point out that this side is weaker than the right side, my penis always falls to the left, even when erect unless I tense it up voluntarily. Anybody have any advice? I want to continue PE but not at the expense of a healthy cock.

First off. Relax! You’re probably worrying about nothing and are in a panic spiral… the more you worry… the more you are aware of the discomfort, so the more you worry…

You did the right thing stopping PE and jerking off. Don’t PE for the rest of the week at all and there is a 99.99% chance that you’ll be as right as rain. You’ll probably wake up feeling good tomorrow, but give it another day or so without PE. You should start up even more slowly when you restart.

If there is no improvement… then go see the doc and tell him what you did. But give it at least a few days before you do that.

I often get a soreness on one side at the base or inner penis due to stretching or hanging. I don’t worry about it. Who knows, it could be a sign of gains.

If you get soreness regularly then it may be a sign you are overdoing things. Might be best to ease off a little

You might consider that also jesmid. You can always build up later when you are more used to the routines.
