Hanging

Is hanging more effective for lenght than jelqing? If so what are the best angles? Over the shoulder, straight down.

For me it was, some gain nothing, but it’s recommended to start with the newbie routine.

Most people start with SD hanging and move to BTC before trying SO or OTS. Kind of like exhausting the gains you get from certain angles of ligament stretching. Hanging is a full time commitment, I was hanging over 10 hours a week for awhile, others do even more than that.
