I’m going to start hanging this summer, I want to build one. I’m not about to buy one for lots of cash, I’m cheap. I was wondering what you guys thought about the CCH?

I’ve done the reading the thing is I hang around the clamping forums a little more then the hanging ones. I was just wondering if anything has changed since I last looked at hanging. I’ve used the search button thoroughly. Just was wondering if anyone could give some added input.

Dude don’t be cheap with things you strap to your cock and hang weights off. Check out what guys are using that is the easiest on and off hanger I like the auto extender products or the static heavy device just got one and it kick ass have modified head peace for my jess extender from monkeybar another great product.I don’t have his auto hanger but have read nothing but good thins about it.
