Mr. Nine And sunshinekid are right.. But don’t forget that if you start hanging use light weights! Thats weary important and then when time goes by just put more and more, but I think you ll find it all in the hangers forum.

Do NOT over-do hanging. It is very dangerous and unless you want a non-useable penis go ahead and do what ever you want. Read up on as much about hanging as possible. Understand the complications hanging can bring and then proceed. Have fun :)
